Leading an impressive career for the past 12 years, Mr. Maduka is a Registered Nurse, currently serving as the Administrator & Director of Nurses at Saint Catherine Hospice in Garland, TX. He is responsible for organizing and directing the agency’s ongoing functions, as well as leading and participating in the agency’s clinical and non-clinical endeavors. Since then, he has maintained an active membership in the American Nurses Association (ANA) in order to remain abreast of the latest advancements in his field.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Maduka has gained valuable knowledge and experience in his previous roles. In 2010, he accepted a position with Terrell State Hospital as the Nurse Psychiatry & Rehab Supervisor, acting as a liaison with the hospital and the patients. He had excelled in ensuring the implementation of a budgeting process and accounting system, as well as the achievement of financial goals. Following this, he was responsible for admitting patients and leading full body assessments at Timber Lawn Mental Health from 2011 to 2013. Shortly after, his latter positions as a registered nurse and RN case manager at Monarch Home Health, Epic Health Services, Homeward Bound Incorporated, and Kindred Hospital furthered his professional development in the home health sector.
