James H. Penick III Esq. is recognized by

James has 25 years of experience in the law profession and has been a shareholder with Eichenbaum, Liles & Heister for 20 years. James is proficient in legal services that include business litigation, banking, real estate, employment law, and representation of plaintiffs.
In addition, James is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, Arkansas Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also involved in both the Supreme and Federal Court Systems and conducts various seminars and public speaking engagements.
James attended the University of Arkansas where he received his J.D. He also attended Washington Lee University for his undergraduate degree.
