John is the President of Lanc & Tully Engineering and Surveying P.C., a firm specializing in Civil Engineering and Surveying, providing consulting and design services for site development and land planning for private and municipal clients.
At Lanc & Tully, John provides Residential and Commercial Subdivisions and Site Plans, Feasibility Studies, Technical Specifications, Consulting Engineering Services, Boundary and Topographic Surveys, as well as Construction Stake-Outs. In addition, John specializes in Civil Engineering, Municipal Engineering, and Land Surveying.
He received his MS in Civil Engineering from Czech Technical University and is currently a member of N.S.P.E., and A.S.C.E.
