Mr. Springer’s academic pursuits began at Texas Christian University (TCU)
where he earned a Bachelor of Music (BM) degree in Violin Performance
(1980). As he began his time in the
university, he was awarded multiple honorary scholarships as he studied violin
and performed as an orchestra conductor as well.
Prior to his university studies, Mr.
Springer won many solo performance competitions in violin and piano and was
awarded the American College of Musicians/NGPT prestigious Paderewski Gold
Medal in 1975.
Later in his professional career, he completed the American Management
Association “Optimizing Sales Force Quality and Productivity” in November of
1993; “Negotiation” completed in October 1997; and the Career Development
Program completed in 1982, during his career at Zale Corporation.
A natural leader, Mr. Springer is a former member of the prestigious 24 Karat
Club of Southern California; and a former member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia
Fraternity of America, where he held the positions of President and Treasurer
of the Theta Lambda chapter.
He takes great pride in his professional life, which spans over 40 years in
business management. Additionally, he is
