NANCY DELAPO - DIRECTOR OF RECRUITMENT

Nancy Irene Delapo, CHCR is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Exceptional Nursing Professionals. Nancy is the Director of Recruitment for CFG Health Network, an expanding physician-owned and operated practice providing a comprehensive, state-of-the-art approach towards mental health and medical services offering quality care within a collaborative team of diverse and progressive medical and behavioral health providers.

Nancy has been recruiting for 24 years, and has over 30 years of experience in ICU, CEU, and ER Nursing. At CFG, Nancy is responsible for directing a recruitment team for recruiting psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, NP’s, RN’s, and LPN’s for outpatient services, inpatient services, as well as residential services.

In addition, Nancy served in the Army Reserves for 15 years as Chief Ward Master for the 349th Combat Support Hospital. As a result of her dedicated service to the United States, Nancy was honored with a Soldier of the Year Award.

Nancy is a member of many professional healthcare organizations. Her roles include, Past President of the New Jersey Association of Healthcare Recruiters, Past President of the Pennsylvania Healthcare Recruiters, Member of the National Healthcare Recruiters, Member of the Nursing Spectrum Advisory Board, and the NAHCR Membership and Retention Committee.

Looking ahead, Nancy hopes to hire the best health care professionals that give dedicated and loving care to patients. She would like to continue to help mentor nurses to reach for the stars in providing the highest quality patient care, getting the highest education, and become a shining example for other new nurses.
