OLIVIER MANDEL - AVOCAT A LA COUR; PARTNER

Olivier Mandel is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Law Professionals. Olivier is a Partner at Mandel & Associates.

As Partner, Olivier is in charge of the Intellectual Property Department. He serves a national and international clientele on a wide variety of Intellectual Property; Internet; and unfair competition issues. Olivier also advises and litigates in the field of trademarks; designs; and patents as well as copyrights. Olivier’s focus is on litigation and strategic counseling.

Prior to joining the Bar, Olivier worked as a legal consultant with the French Embassy in Washington, D.C. where he advised French companies investing in the United States in regards to their Intellectual Property issues.

Olivier is a member of APRAM  (French and European Association of Trademarks and Designs); CCICF (Korean Chamber of Commerce in France); Licensing Executive Societies (France);  and IWLA (International Wine Law Association).

Olivier received his Law Degree from Paris II- France (D.E.A. de Propriété Littéraire, Artistique et Industrielle).
