Rew R. Goodenow is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Law Professionals.  Rew is a Director and Shareholder with Parsons Behle and Latimer.

Rew has 20 years of experience in the Law Profession and continues to serve as legal counsel to businesses in all phases of their development and operations. His expertise lies in the fields of Complex Transactions, and Business Formations. In addition, He has continued experience with cases involving Banking & Finance Law, Lending and Secured Transactions, Loan Workouts, Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights, Foreclosures, Reorganizations and Restructuring, Workouts, Business and Commercial Law, Contracts, and Business Organizations.

Additionally, he is listed in Mountain States Super Lawyers, Business and Corporate. He believes strongly in the belief that good transactional lawyers must also know the inside of the courtroom. In addition to extensive experience successfully negotiating and completing business purchases and sales, and other business transactions, Rew has served as lead counsel in state and federal trial courts and courts of appeal in complex and ordinary business and corporate litigation.

Rew is a past President of the State Bar of Nevada as well as a member of many prestigious professional associations. These memberships include work on the Editorial Board of The ABA Journal, as well as a role as Past Editor in Chief of Business Law Today, Past President of the Rotary Club of Reno, and General Counsel for the Nevada Republican Party.

Rew attended Iowa College of Law where he received his J.D. Prior to attending Iowa College of Law, Rew earned his B.A. from Tulane University.
