Agnes Shuford has built a distinguished career in quality assurance management, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence, leadership, and continuous improvement. Through her work at Signature Systems, she has played a key role in developing and refining quality assurance processes, performance metrics, and training programs that support organizational success.

With more than 21 years of professional experience, Ms. Shuford currently serves as a Quality Assurance Manager, where she oversees a team of 47 quality assurance professionals. She is recognized for building effective QA systems from the ground up, establishing structured processes, and implementing data driven strategies that enhance performance, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen overall business operations.

Ms. Shuford’s expertise includes quality assurance, compliance, policy development, training and mentorship, process improvement, and data analysis. Her leadership approach emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and clear communication, fostering a culture where employees are empowered to grow and contribute to shared goals.

Her academic achievements include a diploma in Business Administration from Murrell Dobbins AVTS, Accounting studies at the Community College of Philadelphia, an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Rowan College at Burlington County in 2021, and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Wilmington University in 2024. She is also an alumni member of the Phi Beta Theta and Sigma Beta Delta Honors Societies.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Shuford is deeply committed to community service. She serves as a church deaconess and treasurer and contributed to nonprofit organizations including the New Vision Community Development Corporation and The Beloved Project of New Jersey. She is actively involved in organizing food drives and supporting initiatives for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Outside of her work, Ms. Shuford enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren, as well as participating in church activities and swimming.
