Las Vegas, Nev.—Continental Who’s Who recognizes Angela Ahmet as a Pinnacle Professional Member in recognition of her contributions to the field of gaming.  

As Vice President of Customer Engagement at VizExplorer, Ahmet utilizes her extensive expertise in gaming, leadership, operational management and planning, performance management, strategic and organizational planning and team building. 

A 27-year industry veteran, Ahmet leads a team of industry specialists in training methods to help increase operational intelligence and turn dynamic analytics into truly effective business decisions. Such operational intelligence software is used to assist with marketing and space optimization opportunities in the global gaming industry. 

“I lead the customer engagement team, which contributes to the success of VizExplorer by facilitating learning and growth that is strategic, effective and relevant,” Ahmet said. “As a group, our primary goal is to empower our customers to master the VizExplorer software through the continual development of knowledge and skills, allowing customers to successfully further their business objectives.” 

Prior to earning her role with VizExplorer, Ahmet amassed a multitude of experience in VIP and direct marketing programs as well as all facets of casino operations. “I am a dynamic leader, knowledgeable in slot and table games coupled with ability to motivate diverse teams to deliver memorable guest experiences,” Ahmet said. 

Ahmet holds Associate’s degrees in Business Studies and Pure Mathematics and Statistics, and is a member of the IWLA and Global Gaming Women’s Association. When not working, she partakes in cycling, running and reading and participates in triathlons. Ahmet dedicates her recognition to her colleague, Jeffrey Hoss, who helped her obtain the position she has today.
