Bert Witherspoon is the CEO/Founder and Managing Partner of a boutique healthcare and business advisory firm serving several regions across Texas, with a focus on physician-led groups and growth-stage organizations. Mr. Witherspoon specializes in building organizational structure, optimizing operations and financial performance, and cultivating strong professional relationships grounded in emotional intelligence. With over two decades of leadership experience, he has served as a healthcare executive, small business owner, graduate-level professor, and consultant. He currently chairs Communications for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) North Texas Chapter and is a Fellow of the organization, with additional memberships in HFMA, ASOA, AAOE, and SHSMD. Recognized as ACHENTX’s 2024 Volunteer of the Year, he also received the Distinguished Cross Award, and numerous other awards, during his 25 years of service as a firefighter/paramedic. A devoted husband and father of three sons, he remains guided by faith, gratitude, and service.
