Her litigation practice includes class action litigation, complex commercial and business litigation as well as securities litigation with an emphasis on responsibilities of directors and officers including related insurance coverage issues.
In addition to her work with Burr and Foreman, Betsy is a member of the American Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, Association of Life Insurance Counsel, and the Professional Liability Underwriters Society.
Betsy received her J.D from The University of Alabama as well as her B.A. from Judson College.
