Born in Hamburg, Germany, Bill has always been involved in law enforcement before attaining rank as a Sergeant. With twenty eight years of experience protecting and serving the public and his vast expertise in law enforcement, he was once a deputy for Volusia County, and a traffic officer for the Daytona International Airport. Furthermore, Bill has been a member of the Masons for thirty five years, as well as Shriners. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, photography and traveling. His favorite vacation destination is Puerto Rico, and Bill has four children, seven grandchildren, and is engaged to his fiancée, Julia.
Throughout his educational career, he earned an Associate’s Degree in Business from Daytona State College.
