With more than 20 years of Human Resources expertise, Ms. Arnot has a proven history across multiple fields, including Aerospace Manufacturing, Technology, Hospitality, and more. For the past five years, she has served as the Director of Human Resources for Hagbros Holdings, a Texas-based business entity, which encompasses three different companies: Hagbros Precision, a precision contract manufacturing company with an emphasis on Aerospace Manufacturing; Pro-Tec Industrial Coatings, a high-quality Powder Coating, and Chem Film operation; and Counselors of Texas, a highly-rated provider of Mental Health counseling in Central Texas.
Ms. Arnot is passionate about serving others and creating a positive company culture. She is highly skilled in all facets of Human Resources, including recruiting, hiring, training, employee benefits, payroll processing, conflict management, and performance management. She has developed and implemented a wide range of services for her associates, such as an Employee Volunteer Program, an Employee Recognition Program, the Second Chance Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Program, the Hagbros Engineering Residency Program (HERP), and monthly Servant Leadership models.
Ms. Arnot prides herself on being "a one-woman show" who is highly involved in daily operations, executive management, hiring, and numerous other critical corporate responsibilities. In thinking of the possible connections made through CWW, Ms. Armot says, "As a Female Director in my company, I would love to be part of a larger platform and be on the forefront of developing a more evolved organization."
As a native Texan, Ms. Arnot has additionally served as a Human Resources Specialist and Consultant and the Corporate Sales Manager of various Hospitality companies in Central Texas.
In her free time, Ms. Arnot loves
spending time with her husband and their five children. She is highly involved
in her children's extracurricular activities, including serving on the Board of
their High School Football Team's Booster Club.
