Carole founded the business with her late husband in 1990 and their son is General Manager. In this capacity, her areas of expertise include business administration and development, consulting and management as well as the oversight of operations and systems companywide.
Outside of work, Carole enjoys golf, travel, entertaining and meeting new people. Her goals for the future are to reduce her working week by two days, to acquire investment properties and to travel at least once a year flying first class.
