Charlene W. Bayer is recognized by
Continental Who’s Who among Research Scientists.Charlene is a Principle Research Scientist and an Adjunct Professsor at Georgia Institute of Technology School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
Charlene has had a very successful career in the field of science. She has been greatly involved in many fields of environmental research. She has worked in a direct research group specializing in indoor environmental quality and exposure research, green buildings, indoor environmental emissions, development of real-time exposure monitoring systems, air cleaning systems, environmental mass spectrometry and school indoor environmental quality. Her expertise in the area of environmental research allowed her to also teach graduate level courses in School of Architecture in High Performance and Green Schools.
Futhermore, Charlene has worked with the U S Geological Survey National Water Resources Laboratory as a Laboratory Chemist, which a specialization in mass spectrometry in pollutants in water and sediments.
Charlene received both her Ph.D. and Masters Degrees from Emory University and completed her Bachelors studies at Baylor University.
In the future, Charlene hopes to continue her role as an educator as well as expand upon her research endeavors.
