Washington, PA/ Continental Who’s Who/- Charles C. Keller is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Legal Services. Charles is of Senior Counsel and a Founding Partner with Peacock Keller and Ecker LLP.
Founded in 1925 by Ralph W. Peacock, Peacock Keller and Ecker is one the largest and longest established full-service law firms in Southwestern Pennsylvania. With a team comprised of revered legal professionals, the staff are noted experts in a variety of practice areas as well as known figures throughout the community.
Charles has been a practicing attorney for over sixty years. Prior to his legal career, Charles served in the US Air Force as a Bomber Pilot in Europe. Beginning in 1945, he went on to stay with the reserves after active duty, ultimately entering the JAG Corp. After thirty years of service, he retired from the military at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
The recipient of the Distinguished Service Award, Charles’ areas of concentration include business and corporate law, family matters, litigation, estate and property law; as well as working with the coal industry, hospital defense and medical malpractice.
An AV Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Charles is the honoree of numerous Paul Harris Fellow awards in addition to various awards through Rotary. He is a current member of the American Bar Association, Mon Valley Health and Welfare Council and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Furthermore, Charles is a Past President and Member of the Board of Governors with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Past President of the Washington County Bar Association, Board of Directors and Past President, Rotary International, Past Board of Trustees and Chairman, Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, a Founding Trustee and Past President of the Washington County Community Foundation.
Outside of work, Charles enjoys tennis and music. He is currently editing “Revisiting the Bench and Bar of Washington County,” a 100 year history of legal professionals.
Charles began his educational career graduating Summa Cum Laude with his undergraduate degree from California University of Pennsylvania. He then went on to pursue his JD at the University of Pittsburgh Law School.
