Amassing over twenty-five years working in corporate settings, Charlie decided to jumpstart her own business, Fire Sisters Rising to spread awareness, ignite feminine power and instill confidence in survivors of abuse. A survivor of abuse herself, Charlie has devoted her career to helping women to recognize, vocalize and mobilize in order to put an end to the cycle of domestic violence.

As a Certified High Performance Coach, Charlie’s unique areas of expertise allow her to transform the lives of women who are ready to overcome the effects of adversity in their lives and become an unstoppable feminine force. 

Moreover, Charlie is a member of PMI, NAPW, NSA and Toastmasters International. She also volunteers and affiliates with the Compass Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina who provide free support groups in addition to financial and legal counseling services to women survivors.

Reflecting on her educational career, Charlie graduated from the University of South Florida with her Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
