With over thirty one years of experience in the field of law, Chester L. Banks
has become a well sought after professional in the industry. Having established
himself as a prominent professional in the field, throughout his career, Banks
attained extensive expertise in the areas of General Practice Law including
personal injury, family, criminal, and traffic law.
Licensed to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia, early in his
career, Banks graduated in 1979 with his Associate of the Arts degree from
Chowan College. Thereafter, Banks went on to attain a double Bachelor’s degree
in Economics and Religious Studies in 1981 from Texas Christian University.
Banks then completed his Master’s degree in Public Administration from Golden
Gate University. Upon graduating from George Mason University, School of Law,
Banks received his Juris Doctor degree.
To further enhance his professional development, Banks is an esteemed member of
several organizations including the Virginia Bar Association, the American Bar
Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of
Trial Lawyers of America.
In recognition of his professional accolades, Prince William County Circuit
Court awarded its Trial Attorney of the Year Award to Banks in 2012.
