CHRISTINE JOLLY- POLISENSKY - TELEPHONE EMERGENCY TRIAGE RN, MILITARY-TRAUMA SPECIALIST

Christine Jolly-Polisensky is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Healthcare Professionals. Christine has thirty-one years of experience in the Nursing Profession and is proficient in the fields of Telephone Emergency Triage, Military- Trauma Specialization, and Operating Room Nursing. Currently, Christine works with Veterans Affairs in the areas of Emergency Telephone Triage Nursing and Case Management, as well as the care of patients with Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Diabetes.

Prior to her current position, Christine worked for the University of Arizona in the Emergency Trauma Operating Room for thirteen years. In this position, Christine specialized in Neurosurgery and Facial Plastics. Christine has also spent seventeen years in the military and continues her work with the United States Air Force through her position as an Emergency Certified Operating Room Nurse.

Christine continuously demonstrates her dedication to the Nursing Profession through her membership with The American Nurses Association, as well as her role as President of FEW, ROA and NOVA. Similarly, Christine is associated with The National Women’s Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery in honor of Brigadier General Wilma Vaught.

Christine’s expertise within the Nursing Profession has earned her commendation in the form of both published works as well as awards. Christine has been published in such Professional Journals as The Journal of Anesthesia, where she authored an article on Pediatric Research and the use of Sevoflurane. In addition, Christine was the recipient of four Nursing Pride Awards in 2009, which signify the recognition of Advanced Nursing Excellence. With only four of these awards given each year, Christine’s knowledge and dedication to Nursing led her to be honored with all four of these prestigious accolades.

Christine earned her Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, as well as her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Arizona. In addition to her educational accomplishments, Christine continues to pride herself on her work mentoring and inspiring RN students through their BSN programs.
