Courtney Grove is redefining back-office integration and financial operations at AssuredPartners as the Director of Broker Accounting. With over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, she is one of three key leads on a strategic project that spans multiple regions and aims to unify front and back-office operations across nearly 900 offices.

Based in Dunbar, West Virginia, Ms. Grove plays a vital role in building system structures, running operational tests, and ensuring seamless data continuity as the company undergoes a comprehensive transformation. Her leadership is helping to bridge communication and process gaps, creating greater efficiency and alignment in financial workflows company-wide.

Ms. Grove’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Accounting from Marshall University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University. She began her career as a senior auditor with Gibbons & Kawash, A.C., then moved into controller roles at AssuredPartners, where she managed financial reporting, audits, compliance, and operational improvements across several regions.

Outside of her professional contributions, Ms. Grove supports the United Way and other community initiatives and enjoys traveling, hiking, and attending concerts. A native of Lancaster, Ohio, she draws inspiration from taking on challenges outside of her comfort zone—an approach that continues to shape her upward trajectory.

Looking ahead, Ms. Grove aspires to serve as Chief Financial Officer and eventually launch her own financial consulting firm. She remains committed to expanding her expertise in corporate finance and strategic leadership.
