David Goldman is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Legal Professionals. David is Senior Partner with the firm of D. Potchebutzky Law Offices.

David specializes in all areas of taxation and assists the firm's clients in all phases of activity. He handles the multitude implications which the various Tax Laws impose on the tax payers including, tax planning; legal opinions; drafting legal and commercial documents; representation before tax authorities; litigation; income tax; international taxation; value added tax; and customs. In addition, he serves as a commentator on various tax issues in the newspaper "Globes" and has a regular column in the magazine “Accounting”. He is a corporate taxation lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University and lectures on indirect taxes in the College of Management.

Additionally, David served as chairman of the indirect tax Committee in the Israel Bar Association and is a member of the Israel Bar Association.

David earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting, Masters Degree and Law Degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
