Dr. Delcina Augustin Doreus, DrPH, MPA, BSN, is a distinguished leader in home health and public health with over two decades of dedicated service to communities, charities, and nonprofit organizations. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of DNA Serenity Care, also known as Home Health Care Agency, Dr. Augustin Doreus has been instrumental in delivering high-quality, compassionate care since 2022. She is also the founder and CEO of WHATorg (World Health Awareness Team), a nonprofit organization established in 2017 to address critical public health challenges.

Dr. Augustin Doreus’s career reflects her commitment to improving lives and fostering health equity. Her extensive experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse with the Veterans Health Administration (2003-2023), RN Supervisor at the Department of Corrections (2004-2008), and Nursing Supervisor at Sciensus (2004-2005). Additionally, she is an owner and expert witness at Expert Witness Consultant DA, further showcasing her versatility and dedication to advancing healthcare.

Building a robust educational foundation, Dr. Augustin Doreus earned an Associate of Arts and an Associate of Science from Miami Dade College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University, a Master of Public Administration from South University, and a Doctor of Public Health from Walden University in 2022. Her academic achievements and professional expertise have positioned her as a leader in both home health and public health sectors.

Dr. Augustin Doreus is an active member of several esteemed organizations, including the Florida Nurses Association, the Golden Key International Honour Society, the National Society of Leadership and Success, the African American Chamber of Commerce, the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, and the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
