As the founder of Phoenix Rise Enterprise LLC, established in 2023, Ms. Fish brings six years of industry experience and a practical, solutions focused approach to supporting small businesses throughout her community and surrounding areas.
Through Phoenix Rise Enterprise LLC, Ms. Fish provides technical writing, copywriting, customized training, business analysis, and process improvement services. She works closely with business owners and leadership teams to identify operational challenges, inefficiencies, and workflow gaps. By assessing existing processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders, she develops strategic solutions designed to improve productivity, consistency, and overall organizational performance.
A key strength of Ms. Fish's work is her ability to translate complex information and business processes into clear, understandable systems. Ms. Fish earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City, Iowa. Committed to continued professional development, she is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance to further expand her knowledge of business operations and financial strategy.
Beyond her consulting work, Ms. Fish is actively involved with Junior Chamber International in Clear Lake, Iowa, where she serves as vice president. Her dedication to community service also includes organizing fundraising initiatives in support of local nonprofit organizations. In recognition of her professional and community contributions, she was featured among Influential Women in 2025.
Ms. Fish credits the continued support of her husband, Isaac Fish, whom she married in 2013, as an important part of her personal and professional journey. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, listening to music, and spending meaningful time with her child and family.
Looking ahead, Ms. Fish is focused on expanding Phoenix Rise Enterprise LLC while completing her bachelor's degree in finance. She also looks forward to growing her family with her husband and embracing the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
