Panzer-Biddle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Baking Science-Chemistry option from Kansas State University. She then went on to complete her Master of Science degree in Grain Science, also from Kansas State University, and then earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
Prior to joining the team at J. Rennemaier USA, Panzer-Biddle worked as an Associate Formulation Scientist at Hill's Pet Nutrition, and as an Account Manager at DSM Nutritional Products.
To further her professional development, Panzer-Biddle is a member of IFT and AACI. She has been recognized for her career achievements by her immediate previous employer, DSM Nutritional Products, which awarded her the DSM Nutritional Products Consumer Action Plan Award in 2006 and President's Achievement Award in 2005.
When not working, Panzer-Biddle volunteers at Cheff Therapeutic Riding Center. She dedicates this recognition to her mother and mentor, Joyce Cascella.
