Earlier, during his tenure at Bright House Networks (now Spectrum), he excelled in roles ranging from network operations engineering to staff design engineering, earning accolades such as "Engineer of the Year" and "Employee of the Quarter." In addition to his contributions at Dell and Bright House Networks, Mr. Taveras made significant advancements at Ruckus Networks, where he authored technical guides, created certification programs, and provided training for leading Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Multi-System Operators (MSOs). A proud alumnus of Briarcliffe College, Mr. Taveras holds an associate degree and a wide range of professional certifications, including Cisco, CompTIA Network+, A+, Alcatel NRS, and Shipley certifications.
