DON CHAPMAN - DIRECTOR OF SUPPLY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT

Camas, WA/ Continental Who’s Who/- Don Chapman is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Manufacturing. Don is the Director of Supply Logistics Management for Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA).

Providing financing and leasing, insurance, credit cards, fleet management, innovative mobility services and more, the Daimler Group is one of the highest producers of premium cars and the world’s biggest manufacturer of commercial vehicles on a global level.

In the industry for twenty years, Donald has two years of experience as Director of Logistics Chain Management. Prior to his business career, Donald served nine years with the US Navy Special Forces EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal) and was discharged with Honors at the rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class.

As Director of Supply Logistics Management, Don’s areas of concentration include executive negotiations, leadership, lean manufacturing and operations oversight. He is the head of supply, material change and flow and remains successful as General Manager for two of DTNA’s manufacturing facilities.

Outside of work, Don enjoys golfing, Harley Davidson bikes, as well as scuba and sky diving. He maintains affiliation with the Mercedes Benz Past and Present Employees Organization, US Navy Special Operations Fraternal Order, US American Veterans Association, United Way and Angel Tree.

A graduate of Appalachian State University, Don earned his B.A.Sc., in International Business and a second Bachelor’s degree in Education. Following his undergraduate career, Don was enrolled in postgraduate courses in International Business at Harvard Business School.
