Throughout Dr. Riley’s fifty years of professional service in the field of science, he has served as a consultant in the field of Plastic Processing, Polymer Defect Technology, and development in the field of Plastic and Polymer coefficient of friction related to the feed section of the extruder.

Dr. Riley’s expertise led to his work in Research and Development for high profile companies including DuPont, AT&T, Goodyear, and Tenneco.

 Additionally, Dr. Riley’s knowledge of Plastics and Polymer Chemistry is vast. He is proficient in the areas of Polymer Processing, Thermoplastic Polymers, Rheology and Fluid Flow Behavior, Analytical Instrumentation & Adaptation to Processing Equipment, Friction analysis, Cross linking Behavior, and Melt Rheology.

He is also an expert in Extrusion Equipment and Design & Analysis of Production, Telecommunication Cables and Insulation, Power Cables and Testing XLDPE, All phases of PVC Compounding & Extrusion, Thermal Stability of Polymers, Surface Chemistry, Metals and Polymers, Polyethylene Analysis, FTIR & Electrical Fellow of AAAS, ASTM, AIC & SPE.

Dr. Riley is a certified by the National Certification Commission as a Professional Chemist and Chemical Engineer. He is Fellow and Current President of the American Institute of Chemists.
