An experienced and seasoned professional, Edna is a noted expert in the areas of education, training and program management. Utilizing her expertise in the development, training, management and oversight of public-private sector partnerships for over twenty years, Edna founded Differenza in 2014 to support organizations’ efforts to empower individuals to achieve economic self-sufficiency and an improved quality of life.

To keep up with the latest advancements in the industry, Edna is a member of the Washington, DC Chapter of the Society for International Development and NAPW. Edna was inducted into NAPW’s 2016-17 VIP Woman of the Year Circle. Locally, she is involved with her church, Good Shepherd Catholic Church, and supports community organizations such as United Community Ministries.
