founded in 2018 by board-certified emergency medicine physician, Dr. Melanie
Baughn, DO, FAAEM. With over 40 years of combined experience, the team of
well-seasoned physicians and ancillary staff are highly committed to the
principles of compassion, excellence, fortitude, integrity, and intellectual
curiosity. The attributes are all reinforced to treat hormonal imbalances,
inflammatory/degenerative diseases, and other illnesses.
Board-certified Family Physician, Dr. M. Emilie Rogg has devoted the past 24
years observing the medical system from varying perspectives. Her research and training in other therapies,
including bioidentical hormone therapy and cell therapy, and her interest in
integrative therapies, has garnered her a well-deserving reputation for her
compassion and professional excellence. In her current capacity, she is a
partner at Three Aspens Regenerative Medicine, where she hopes that together
they will be able to help patients significantly improve their health and
improve their lives.
With her wide-ranging background, Dr. Rogg offers a vast repertoire of
experience, international travel, and expertise. Her medical work includes
maternal health research in rural Haiti during medical school, many years
working in emergency departments in California and rural Colorado, volunteering
in rural India, and doing family medicine in Oregon including care of
hospitalized patients. In addition to her current appointment, she has worked
in an urgent care setting close to home since 2012.
An academic scholar, Dr. Rogg excelled throughout her training. She completed
her undergraduate courses at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York,
where she graduated among the top of her class with a Bachelor of Science (BS)
degree in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in German. Remaining a student at
Rensselaer, she spent a year abroad studying at the Eidgenössische Technische
Fachhochschule, otherwise known as the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology,
in Zurich, Switzerland. Later in 1992, she went on to attend the University of
Connecticut School of Medicine, where she earned her medical degree in 1996.
Thereafter, she received post-graduate training in family medicine for three
years through the Ventura County Family Medicine Residency in Ventura,
California. With a commitment to excellence, Dr. Rogg is board-certified in
family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine, a non-profit
independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family
medicine and its sub-specialties.
