A Master Certified Life Coach, Ms. Smenyak is the owner of Strength From within LLC that offers life coaching services specializing in areas such as grief and loss; teenagers and young adults; career; lifestyle; relationships and marriage; catering to individuals, couples, and groups in the local community. Touting more than 20 years in the field of human resources, Ms. Smemyak is considered an expert in coaching services tailored to individuals, couples, and groups, with a focus on grief counseling, personal development; and relationship enhancement. 

Ms. Smenyak pursued higher education at New Jersey State University where she earned a degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology and notes that this education prepared her for her illustrious career in coaching, human resources, and leadership. She is a member of numerous professional affiliations including SHRM; ICF; and IPMA. 

Serving a local and community population, Ms. Smenyak is a certified paralegal as well as a Master Certified Life Coach. She considers her exceptional leadership in coaching; human resources; and community service, as well as her commitment to personal and professional development, recognized through awards from organizations like the International Women in Leadership and Top Female Executive, to be career highlights. She asserts that she leverages her extensive human resources and leadership background, utilizing her past experiences and knowledge, to provide exceptional life coaching services to her clients. 

Looking to the future, Ms. Smenyak plans to expand her coaching practice to include group counseling sessions to further support individuals, couples, and groups in her local community on their journey toward personal development and well-being, punctuating that she is “helping them to find their Strength From Within.” Her philosophy also plays a lead role in her drive and success. She believes in the transformative power of coaching, asserting that “everybody needs a coach,” and emphasizing the importance of seeking guidance and support in navigating life’s challenges and achieving personal growth. 

Aside from her professional pursuits, Ms. Smenyak enjoys sports such as pickleball and bicycling, as well as attending concerts and Broadway shows and notes that she relishes time spent with friends and family. She would like to dedicate this honor in loving memory of her son, Dex, who would want her to help others in any way she can.
