Frances is a seasoned healthcare professional having been in the healthcare industry for thirty five years. As Founder and CEO, she focuses on lifestyle mentoring and coaching, strategic planning and implementation, facility management, and interpersonal collaboration and relations. Moreover, Frances has additional expertise in care and utilization management, continuous process improvement, and conflict resolution.  

She maintains affiliation with professional organizations including ACHE, AONN, the National Association of Professional Women and Women in Business. Outside of work, Frances enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, being in nature, and singing. She is a classically and lyrically trained singer, and has four children and five grandchildren.

Throughout the course of her educational career, Frances graduated from Eastern University with two degrees. She holds an MBA in Healthcare, as well as a BA in Organizational Management. Frances also has a diploma as a Registered Nurse from the Dixon School of Nursing at Abington Memorial Hospital.
