Mr. Murguia, renowned for his expertise continues to make significant strides in his role as the Assistant General Counsel for Latin America at TE Connectivity Corporation, a leading Swiss multinational corporation listed on the NY Stock Exchange.

Since joining TE Connectivity in 2013, Mr. Murguia-Lavalle has played a pivotal role in establishing the company's legal department in Mexico, where it operates one of its largest operations boastings over +13,000 employees. His unwavering dedication and comprehensive knowledge have been instrumental in ensuring the company's adherence to legal regulations and standards in the region.

With a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez (UACJ) and additional studies in U.S. law at the University of California, Davis. Mr. Murguia Lavalle also holds a mini-MBA by Boston University, and a wide variety of additional studies in the legal and business field, such as leadership, business strategy and finance acumen by prominent institutions, Mr. Murguia-Lavalle brings a wealth of legal and business expertise to his role. 

Throughout his illustrious career spanning over two decades, Mr. Murguia-Lavalle has held senior legal counsel positions in renowned multinational corporations and consulting firms, including Aptive (formerly Delphi), GCC Cement, and Deloitte. His extensive experience encompasses managing all legal affairs, including corporate, labor, real estate, and compliance aspects across Mexico, Central and South America, including international mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Murguia-Lavalle actively contributes to the legal community as a volunteered speaker in numerous forums on compliance, leadership, and business in Mexico. He is also deeply committed to civic engagement, supporting various charitable organizations both in Mexico and the U.S.
