Since 2025, she has served as the executive director of the Tennessee Central Economic Authority in Hartsville, Tennessee, where she collaborates with community leaders, county officials, and state representatives to strengthen local economies, preserve community identity, and attract new industries. Her ability to unite stakeholders and create measurable impact has established her as a trusted and results-driven leader.

In addition to her economic development work, Ms. Singer Cash has served as a realtor with Agee & Johnson in Lebanon, Tennessee, since 2019. This dual expertise allows her to promote economic progress through both commercial and residential opportunities, ensuring that growth benefits local communities and residents alike.

Ms. Singer Cash studied business at the University of Tampa and earned an associate degree in legal assistant studies from Paralegal Careers in 1988. Her commitment to professional development is reflected in earning her TCEcD certification in economic development from the University of Tennessee System in 2022 and obtaining her real estate license from T.R.E.E.S. in 2017.

Beyond her professional roles, she is deeply engaged in civic and volunteer work. Her community service includes membership with Rotary International, the United Way of Wilson County Advisory Board, and the Wilson County Convention & Visitors Bureau. She has also contributed her time to New Leash on Life-USA, Historic Lebanon, and the Lebanon Wilson Chamber of Commerce, where she serves on both the Economic Development and Governmental Relations Committees.
