Tigard, OR - Jay York is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Lifetime Achiever in the field of Global Supply Chain Management as the Director of Global Supply Chain Management at Celestica.
With over 30 years worth of experience in his field and in which the last 5 of which have been spent with Celestica, Mr. York is responsible for the execution of planning, procurement, logistics, including alignment of resources to support all aspects of strategic initiatives within the execution of sourcing, and supply chain management activities. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, Mr. York’s chief expertise lies in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
Throughout his education and training, Mr. York received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Technical University.
To further his professional development, Mr. York is affiliated with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Wounded Warriors Project.
Outside of work, Mr. York enjoys spending time with his wife and his 3 dogs.
