Jennifer travels the world to help insurers improve their claims operations. She has over two decades of experience in insurance, management consulting, strategy, risk management, operational risk, as well as customer service and facilitating workshops. A certified Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA), Jennifer is a member of and is charitable towards USO, Inc.; Wounded Warrior Project, Inc.; St Judes Hospital; Police Benevolent Association; PAWS/Chicago; ASPCA; Anti – Cruelty Society/Chicago; Special Olympics, and the Old Dominion Alumni Association. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, bike riding, swimming and exercising.

Throughout the course of her educational career, Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Old Dominion University, and she also holds an Associate’s Degree in Claims (AIC) in addition to her SCLA.
