Hot Sulphur Springs, CO/ Continental Who’s Who/- Jennifer L. Fanning is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Healthcare as a result of her role as Executive Director with the Grand County Rural Health Network.

Striving to educate the community on various health issues, accessibility improvement and efficiency, the Grand County Rural Health Network’s mission is to promote healthcare services in Grand County through collaborative efforts with providers and communities alike.

Recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Woman of The Year for her efforts and success, Jennifer’s areas of concentration include consulting, leadership, oversight of operations, planning and more.

In this capacity, Jennifer garners over fifteen years of experience and maintains affiliation with the following organizations: AHA, CHA, COPA and NAPW. Aside from the demands of work, she enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking, exercise, reading and travel.

Jennifer is currently studying towards a Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership from Denver University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from Hamilton College.
