Jennifer has more than seventeen years of successful, progressive growth in senior and strategic level management, portfolio Channel Marketing, Channel Account Management, Project Management and New Product Introduction in the Telecommunication and Networking industries.

At Brocade, Jennifer has created a new global sales and pre-sales training curriculum addressing strategic market segments for the Brocade Sales and Partner communities.  This education program has achieved over a 300% increase in certifications within a 10 month period.

Jennifer is taking sales education one step further by creating dynamic, interactive modules that incorporate “challenger” sales methodologies while applying forward thinking to address customers’ needs today and technological growth opportunities of tomorrow while aligning to the corporate message.  To compliment this curriculum, Jennifer is designing a global education incentive program that not only will encourage and reward partner’s proficiency levels in sales and technical education, but also provide partner’s asset feeds to accompany the education modules to drive success.

In order to recognize a faster time to revenue and improve partner’s self-sufficiency, Jennifer is designing a global new product introduction process at Brocade that will transform how Brocade does business with its partners. This process is designed to address the partner’s enablement challenges by bringing them in early in the process and empowering them to ramp and launch products faster by providing customized packages of content at strategic gating phases within the process.

In her past positions with Avaya and Nortel, Jennifer had proven results in communicating the quality and value of the company’s services and products, as well as facilitating the ability to institute practices and programs at the company that have promoted product acceptance and resulted in faster time to market for Channel Headquarters, Product Management and Sales to improve portfolio penetration.

With that being said, Jennifer has improved new product introduction customer satisfaction ratings by >25%; designed and implemented project team reporting procedures that reduced new product introduction documentation and procedures by 30% and labor costs by 10%, and identified root cause of launch issues and drove monthly Channel reviews that reduced time-to-market by 30%.

As a result of her many accomplishments with Avaya and Nortel, Jennifer has been honored with multiple awards over the last few years. 

•    Honored with the prestigious 2012 Partner Community Council "Star Award" that was voted by the entire Partner organization on outstanding partner support and dedication
•    2011 Achievement for the creation and integration of two company’s NPI processes (Avaya & Nortel) into a Best in Class process. This process has been incorporated to all Avaya Business Units company wide as standard practice.
•    Received at Nortel, the “Quality Award of Excellence” for creating and implementing a faster time-to-market process for new product introduction and Channel acceptance.

Looking into the future, Jennifer plans to create and implement more effective global partner enablement practices that will drive for exceptional partner experience with Brocade. Furthermore in her spare time, she enjoys traveling, fine wines, cuisine from around the world, cooking and watching and playing sports.

She earned her A.A. degree from San Jose State University.
