Jere Cullen has built a distinguished career in business management and has served as a Principal Client Success Executive at ADP Inc. since 2017. In this pivotal role, she collaborates closely with her sales partner to help clients develop strategic success plans tailored to their immediate and future business needs. Ms. Cullen plays a crucial part in account retention and the efforts to secure new business.

With expertise in strategic leadership and business management, Ms. Cullen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University in 2007. She later completed a Master of Business Administration in Business/Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix in 2009, followed by a Master's degree in Education/Adult Education/Training in 2014. Additionally, she holds several industry certifications, including in health information systems, human capital management, and is a certified associate in project management (PMI).

Ms. Cullen is also dedicated to community service, actively participating in medical missions with Developing Workers and volunteering with Feed My Starving Children. Over her 30+ years in the industry, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing client relationships and fostering collaborative solutions.

In her free time, Ms. Cullen enjoys cooking, horseback riding, reading, and shopping. Looking ahead, she aims to refine business processes at ADP, improve onboarding for new hires, and enhance client understanding of products through innovative solutions, including the initiation of resource groups.
