Jocelyn Schrader has built a distinguished career in the senior living industry, earning recognition for her hands-on leadership, operational expertise, and ability to help communities improve performance while maintaining a resident-centered focus. With more than two decades of experience, she has become a trusted advisor to senior living organizations seeking strategic guidance and sustainable growth.

As the founder and owner of JMS Consulting, LLC, Ms. Schrader provides strategic consulting services to senior living communities throughout the United States and internationally. Her work includes remote coaching, on-site sales and operational support, sales and marketing strategy, CRM database optimization, interim and fractional leadership assignments, and comprehensive consulting designed to strengthen organizational performance and improve resident outcomes.

Ms. Schrader's expertise spans all levels of senior living operations, sales and marketing strategy, CRM database optimization, revenue enhancement, performance improvement, and both on-site and remote support. Her collaborative, solutions-focused approach enables organizations to implement practical improvements while building stronger teams and long-term success.

She earned both a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Master of Science in Health Care Management from Springfield College. She is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Certified Dementia Practitioner, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and quality resident care.

Throughout her career, Ms. Schrader has held leadership positions across multiple areas of the senior living industry. She began as an Administrator in Training with Life Care Services in 2006 before serving more than five years as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator within life plan communities. She later advanced into regional sales and operations with Holiday Retirement before spending a decade with Bild & Co., supporting senior living communities throughout the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

In January 2024, Ms. Schrader founded JMS Consulting, LLC to provide senior living organizations with practical, results-oriented consulting services tailored to their unique operational challenges. Since launching the firm, she has partnered with numerous communities to improve sales performance, strengthen processes, and implement sustainable solutions. 

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ms. Schrader enjoys traveling, reading, and supporting animal rescue. 

Looking ahead, she plans to continue helping organizations strengthen operations, improve financial performance, and enhance the quality of life for the residents they serve.
