After thirty seven years of experience in teaching, Joyce entered real estate. Now, 8 years later is a seasoned realtor specializing in residential home sales. In this position, she works closely in both buying and selling, buyer representation, foreclosures, investment properties, relocation, negotiations, short sales, marketing, leadership, strategic planning and more.

Joyce holds a Master's Degree in Special Education from Old Dominion University in addition to a second Master's Degree in Administration and Supervision from Virginia Commonwealth University.
