JULIAN S. GANGOLLI - PRESIDENT NORTH AMERICA

Julian S. Gangolli is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Business Leaders. Julian is the Corporate Vice President , and President North America Pharmaceuticals, for Allergan, Inc.

Julian has more than two decades of senior management experience with large, world-renown pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Julian’s current responsibilities with Allergan, Inc. include overseeing all commercial pharmaceuticals operations for the United States and Canada with combined net sales in excess of $2.4 billion. In addition, he manages six specialty sales forces deployed across several fields of medicine as well as three marketing business units and of managed health care.

Additionally, Julian is a member of Allergan’s commercial committee that oversees worldwide commercial operations, strategic planning, and business development. He is also a member of the new products development committee.

Previous to his current position, Julian was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for VIVUS, Inc. where he was responsible for assisting in the successful transition of VIVUS from a research and development start-up, into a successful pharmaceutical company. Prior to his role at VIVUS, Julian was the Group Product Director for Female Health Care and Pain in the US Marketing Division for Syntex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Julian began his career in the pharmaceutical business with Otrtho-Cilag Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. A UK subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson.

Julian earned a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honors) in applied chemistry and business studies from Kingston University in England.
