Leighton H. Rockafellow

Leighton H. Rockafellow is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Law Professionals. Leighton is a Trial Lawyer with the Rockafellow Law Firm, located in Tucson, Arizona.

Leighton began his law practice in Tucson in 1973 upon completion of his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 1970 and graduation from the Arizona College of Law in May 1973. Leighton’s Tucson injury law firm was one of the first to begin advertising in Tucson. Advertising continuously since 1983, Leighton has become one of the best known names in the Tucson legal community. As an injury and wrongful death specialist, Leighton’s personal injury law firm in Tucson confines itself to personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and products liability. Leighton holds the certification as "Specialist in Injury & Wrongful Death" from the State Bar of Arizona. (1991)

Leighton is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, is certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (1991), and was named among the Super Lawyers of the Southwest in 2007. He is also a member of many prestigious organizations, including the American Association for Justice, American Trial Lawyers Association, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, Arizona’s Finest Lawyers, State Bar of Arizona, and the Pima County Bar Association. Furthermore, Leighton has served on the Community Board of the American Diabetes Association since 1998 and is also a member of the Harmonious Sacre Choir at St. Pius X Paris, located in Tucson.

In addition to his skill as a Lawyer and community service roles within his community, Leighton is also an extremely talented writer and is the author of multiple legal suspense novels. His novels are: Immaculate Deception, Final Option, and Diminished Capacity. Leighton earned both his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Arizona.
