As Owner of Omega Consultants, Lorolie A. Connor is commended for her remarkable contributions to the industry. As a managing director, Lorolie is responsible for initiating contact with organizations that can benefit from the services the company provides. Her goal is to have the Dark to Light Program become mandatory for all agencies that have any interaction services involving children. Lorolie hopes to provide therapy services for children who may be in need. In her current capacity, Lorolie has designed and implemented a referral form system for clients requesting additional services to offer best practice and accountability.
Throughout the course of her education and training, Lorolie attained a Bachelors of Science in Social Work from Atlantic Union College and her Masters of Arts Degree in International Child Welfare from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England.
To further enhance her professional development, Lorolie is a distinguished fellow of several elite organizations including Office Gender Affairs where she serves as Equality Director, National Association of Social Workers, and National Association of Professional Women where she was named a VIP Member in 2017.
Charitable to various organizations, Lorolie is an active volunteer for the Crisis Intervention team, the Family Support Network, and the Red Cross.
When she is not working, Lorolie enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, reading, traveling, encouraging those around her, and sharing the love of Christ Jesus.
