San Juan, PR/ Continental Who’s Who/- Lucia (Lucy) Soto is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Manufacturing. Lucy is the President of Wawi, Inc.

The tale of Wawi, Inc. dates back to the 1970s to a woman known as Aunt Wawi whom returned to Puerto Rico with a delicious antipasto recipe from Calabria, Italy. In time, Aunt Wawi played around with various flavors and ingredients to perfect the recipe and made it into the famous “Wawi’s Chicken Antipasto á la Vinaigrette”. 

In honor of Aunt Wawi, Lucy founded and presides Wawi, Inc. During two years, she has become the first person in San Juan to go into venture to develop a full line of ready to serve appetizers. 

Furthermore, Lucy is a member of MIDA, Hecho in PR, LASO, El Buen Pastor and Saint Gema Galgani’s Parish and maintains affiliation with the Metropolitan Opera and local Diocese of San Juan. 

She studied Political Science at Rutgers University and completed her Diplomatic Studies Degree at Rafael Bustillo at La Paz, Bolivia and currently holds the title of Vice-Consul of Bolivia in Puerto Rico, USA. During the past year she has completed her second Bachelor degree in Business Administration focusing on manufacturing at Universidad del Este in order to apprise her roll at Wawi, Inc.
