Somers Point, NJ- Marc B. Samuelson is recognized by
Continental Who’s Who in the field of Law as a Pinnacle Lifetime at GMS Law.
After
law school, Mr. Samuelson served a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable
Sheldon R. Franklin, J.S.C. at the Superior Court of New Jersey in Ocean
County. He is also a past lecturer for the New Jersey State Bar Association and
New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Samuelson is a member
of both the New Jersey State and Atlantic County Bar Associations and the
Justice James H. Coleman Jr. Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court. He is
admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and United States District
Court for the District of New Jersey. Specializing in Workers' Compensation and
Social Security Disability law, Mr. Samuelson works to ensure the greatest
possible outcomes for his clients
Marc completed his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors and distinction at the
University of Rochester, earned his Master of Business Administration from
William Howard Taft University, and received his Juris Doctor from Widener
University Delaware Law School. While in law school, Mr. Samuelson was on the
Executive Board of the Moot Court Honor Society during which time he captained
the school's National Health Law Moot Court Competition team, was a
semi-finalist in the G. Fred DiBona Moot Court Competition, coordinated the
Delaware-Harrisburg Moot Court Competition, and was inducted into the Order of
Barristers.
Upon law school graduation, Marc received a Widener University Outstanding
Service Award and was named Moot Court Honor Society Member of the Year. In
2016, Mr. Samuelson was designated a Super Lawyer - Rising Star. He is certified
by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Workers Compensation attorney.
In his free time, Mr. Samuelson enjoys spending time with family and following
football, baseball, basketball and soccer.
Marc dedicates this recognition to his parents Paul and Kitima. He also
dedicates this to his wife, Heather and his sons Adam and Isaac.
