Maurice's areas of expertise include litigation, labor and employment law, collective bargaining, personal injury, automobile accidents, premises liability, real estate law, land use and zoning, administrative law, business law and corporate & LLC formation, wills, trusts & estates and municipal law.
Maurice lives by the philosophy that the only form of justice is successfully serving his clients needs and having them appreciate his efforts. As a result of this philosophy and his hard work and dedication, Maurice has achieved many professional milestones throughout his career as an attorney. He has succeeded in successfully arguing a case before the United States District Court-MAD, managed and handled various employment and contract negotiation issues including CBA’s and mediation and arbitration of the Issues Codified Municipal Ordinances. In addition, Maurice handled real estate transactions for the development and sale of municipal properties including the Forest Lake Development, Sargent Housing, and 55+ Housing Complex on the Ashford School Property. Furthermore, Maurice has also been involved in forming non-profit corporations for local cable television and senior citizen centers.
In addition to his vast successes, Maurice also demonstrates his dedication to the law profession through his exclusive membership with many professional organizations. Maurice is affiliated with the Massachusetts Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, National Lawyers Guild, and the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce.
Maurice earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.S. from Northeastern University.
