or injuries requiring immediate medical attention. An emergency physician works
in an emergency department to care for acutely ill or injured patients on an
unscheduled basis.
Dr. Ralston is the first
physician in her family and knew from a young age that she wanted to be a
doctor. She is now the Medical Director at Total Care ER and really loves her
job. She is very proud to work for such
an amazing and caring company. Every year,
they have mission trips to Kenya, and she hopes to be able to participate in
those soon. She is waiting until her four-year-old daughter is old enough to be
able to go with her on the mission trips.
Outside work, the doctor enjoys
spending her free time playing with her daughter. She used to do competitive swing dancing and
hopes to eventually get back to doing that again.
