Princeton, NJ/ Continental Who’s Who/- Melissa Hill is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Insurance. Melissa is the Chief Claims Officer with Hamilton USA.

Founded on the concept of bringing a modern approach to insurance and reinsurance, Hamilton USA is the US subsidiary of the Bermuda based holding company, Hamilton Insurance Group specializing in all facets of general and commercial insurance services.

Working closely in the areas of property and casualty claims management, legal liability and underwriting, Melissa is an integral asset to Hamilton USA in her position as Chief Claims Officer. In this capacity, her duties include defining and enforcing of claims standard, process design and claims controls as well as vendor partner relations and much more.

A member of the National Association of Professional Women, Melissa was recognized as a VIP Woman of The Year and enjoys cycling, running marathons and other outdoor activities in her spare time.

Melissa received her Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law/Political Science from Texas Wesleyan University and would like to attain her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation as well as completing the development of the claims department at Hamilton USA in the future.
