medicine at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine where he graduated in 1965.

Rheumatology and the Arthritis Foundation.
In recognition of his professional accolades, Dr. Hoffman was the honorary

1999-2008 and 2010-2014. Dr. Hoffman was also the recipient of the Patients’

When he is not working, Dr. Hoffman enjoys fishing, reading, and traveling.
