Louisville, KY — Michael D. Lathon is being recognized by
Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished
Professional in the Construction Contracting field and for his work as
President, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Partner of Aaecon General

Mr. Lathon attended Sullivan University, earning an
Associate of Science in Logistics and Distribution Management in 2010. He
graduated from Strayer University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Business
Administration in acquisition and contract management.
Mr. Lathon has been the president, chief executive officer,
and managing partner of Aaecon General Contracting LLC since 2006. He is
considered an expert in construction management, federal construction,
cybersecurity, occupational safety and health, safety management, logistics,
and distribution management. In 2010, he served as the director of operations
and operations manager of Veterans Up LLC.
Mr. Lathon finds new projects and interacts with government
agencies to find business opportunities in his current role. He holds numerous
professional certifications in cybersecurity, occupational safety and health,
construction management, and entrepreneurial studies, which he earned at
multiple institutions, including Florida State University, Syracuse University,
Northeastern University and Columbia Southern University.
